The automatic module Pack production line for lithium battery production mainly includes core on-line, OCV testing, plasma cleaning, core/end plate/adhesive coating, module stacking, module press assembly, steel strip PET strip fixing, pole pole detection, manual placement of connecting pieces, BursBar welding, EOL testing, module offline. The production line of Pack segment includes box launching, airtight test, module loading, module fastening, wiring harness linking, EOL testing and Pack offline. All procedures meet the requirements of safety protection devices and equipped with MES system.
