The whole line can be mainly divided into four sections:
1.Cell processing section;
2.Module stacking section;
3.Tabs welding section;
4.PACK processing section;
The whole line key parameters and functional highlights:
1. Whole line dimension: 79m* 7.8 m;
2.Whole line power : 85KW; Air requirements: 2000L/min;
3.Key steps includes:
Cell OCV/IR test，Tab flattening, Tab cuting inspection, Cell sorting, Cell stacking, Tab bending and roller flattening, Tab welding,Module flipping,Post-welding manual inspection, PACK assembly;
4. The entire production line and each workstation are equipped with their own MES (Manufacturing Execution System), featuring core functions such as:

Traceability management

Report generation
All production data is recorded and archived in the local line database, with seamless integration capability to the corporate-level MES for centralized data synchronization.
5. All pinch hazard zones are equipped with elastic pressure blocks and overpressure alarm sensors for safety protection.
