1. Laser flight welding

Laser flight welding is operated by using a robot and galvanometer to control the laser for scanning welding. Equipped with robot (six axes) and the galvanometer (two axes), the welding trajectory and time are optimized to achieve no stop in the welding process and eliminate the ineffective welding time.

2. Blue film cleaning machine

The feature of this equipment is that it can be flexibly matched, that is, it can be used as an independent function machine, and various functional components can be installed; It can also be used as a workstation for the production line. The rotary table can also be customized to achieve double-station welding and ensure the laser protection effect.

3. Stacking machine

The stacking machine is composed of a diaphragm uncoiling and feeding system, a multi-station composite reclaiming and pendulum manipulator, a modular lifting table device, a modular paper pressing mechanism, a flat plate special vacuum adsorption device, a tension system, a deviation correction system, an electronic cam control and an operation panel (including touch screen).
